This letter is to thank you for all your help. With your energy and ability to motivate I have become a new person. You’re the most down to earth person and so comfortable to work with. No matter what mood I’m in when I get to the gym I’m always better after my training session. I love that you tailor the work out to me (a woman of 47) as I don’t want a work out geared for a 21 year old.
In the other gyms the workouts seem to be the same no matter who you are. With you I feel like it’s all about me, and you know I like it that way:). Your family is awesome and I like that you make me feel like I’m important enough to have met them.
Andrew Abernathy is only the second personal trainer I've worked with. Andrew brought a whole new meaning to working out. He kept me focused and on task. When I thought I had gone the distance, he was able to encourage more from me. Andrew is very dedicated to his work and expects the same from his clients. He is always ready to keep you challenged. Previous to Andrew, my workout experience had not been very effective and I found myself doing the same old thing without any drive. I have been training with Andrew for almost a year, and what separates him from any other trainer is how much he genuinely cares about his clients. I am consistently and constantly challenged by the new exercises. I have lost over 20 pounds so far, but it took commitment and Andrew to get me there. He has enabled me to do things I was not able to do before and I believe he has created a much more energetic and happier me. He’s an excellent trainer and would recommend him to anyone looking to start a program or gain more knowledge as to what they are currently doing.
I worked with Andrew for over 6 months as I was recovering from surgery. I was only able to do certain kinds of exercise and he modeled a program just for me. It made me feel stronger to be able to get back into my workouts and Andrew’s encouragement was constant. He pushed me in the best way possible to make sure that I grew stronger and more confident in my exercise program. The exercise changed with each session and continued to challenge me.

Andrew is not the only personal trainer I have worked with but he is the BEST!!!! I readily admit that I am probably his oldest client but he cuts no slack for age. He is a TRAINER and his goal is to help his clients be as fit as possible. He carefully plans his work-out routines for the individual client, based on their personal needs, and adds to and deletes as necessary. The goal is for his clients to continually achieve higher levels of fitness while at the same time ENJOY their training. The fact that Andrew is an extremely personable young man makes training with him a pleasure. I have had several sessions of personal training with Andrew and recommend him with highest accolades possible. I look forward to training with him again in the near future.
