Andrew Abernathy is the owner and operator of Focal Fitness. He grew up in Gainesville, GA and attended the University of Georgia where he received a B.S. in Exercise Science. Andrew is a certified Personal Trainer with extensive work with post rehab, sports specific, and weight reduction clients. He also is a certified Super Slow© instructor. Andrew’s intensive academic study of anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, fitness screening and testing, training principles and techniques, sports injury, and motivation, allows him to offer clients highly researched and tailored fitness programs. Rich Brown has been a SuperSlow© Master Trainer since 1995.  His background includes marathon running, teaching yoga, and owning a health club for over 20 years.

Rich grew up in Spokane, Washington and admits to being a Washington State Cougar, though sportswise that is not a plus.  In a previous life he wrote computer software.

Rich and his wife Betsy have lived in Forsyth County since 1983.  The family consists of 3 children: Eric, Andrew and Vanessa, 1 dog and 8 cats.

Will Nollenberger is an engineer turned strength and mobility trainer. Will found a passion for coaching through martial arts, and loves to help people become stronger, more mobile, and able to do things they never thought they could do. Will works with all ages from teens wanting to get stronger for sports to 60+ wanting to improve their quality of life. When not working Will is spending time with his wife Ashley and their Great Dane Bentley.
